We are seeking an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer with a mentoring and consultative approach, who will work rotationally across multiple development teams over the course of a year. The primary mission is to assess current DevOps maturity levels, recommend improvements, and support teams in implementing best practices to increase autonomy and efficiency.
This role blends hands-on engineering with internal consulting. It is ideal for someone who thrives on both delivering value and enabling others through coaching and knowledge sharing. Your work will directly influence how DevOps practices are embedded across the organization.
responsibilities :
Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure (servers, services, and internal applications)
Configure and manage development tools to optimize workflows
Support the adoption of containerization and infrastructure standards
Oversee backups and product version deployments
Monitor application and infrastructure performance and availability
Act as a DevOps ambassador across teams, providing coaching and raising DevOps maturity
Willingness to work twice a month from the office in Warsaw
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps roles
Proven experience working with cloud environments, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Solid background in infrastructure automation and CI/CD methodologies
Practical knowledge of containerization and deployment workflows
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Terraform – infrastructure as code and change management
GitHub Actions – pipeline setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Networking fundamentals – solid understanding required for cloud-based deployments
GitLab and Kubernetes – experience in deployment processes and pipeline design
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments
