You’ll automate processes, support development teams, and continuously improve the tools and infrastructure behind our games. Your responsibilities Planning and developing the company’s server infrastructure. Design, develop and maintain on-premise and hybrid Kubernetes infrastructure (k3s). Implement and maintain container orchestration and deployment strategies (rolling updates, canary, blue-green). Develop and operate GitOps workflows based on ArgoCD and Helm. Build and maintain infrastructure observability (monitoring, metrics, alerting). Supporting CI/CD systems. Updating tools and systems. Automate operational processes and maintain internal platform tools. Helping product teams solve problems. Our requirements At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments. Solid understanding of containerization. Very good knowledge of Linux (Debian). Knowledge of computer networks. Ability to debug and solve performance problems of applications (Java/PHP). Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager). Good knowledge of CI/CD systems (Jenkins). Good knowledge of Git and modern development workflows. Good knowledge of English and fluent Polish. Optional Knowledge of public clouds (AWS/GCP/OVH). Knowledge of systems for managing servers (puppet/chef/ansible). Knowledge of Helm and creating/maintaining Helm charts. Experience with service mesh solutions (Istio). Knowledge of autoscaling mechanisms (HPA, KEDA). Experience in work with systems with large traffic. Knowledge of Nginx/HAProxy. Knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL/redis.
