We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team. The project involves developing a new platform that will be used across the organization to manage and provide various benefits to customers. We will integrate SaaS solutions with internal systems and business processes to deliver a seamless customer experience. Our goal is to create a platform that extends beyond mere monetary rewards and enhances the everyday lives of our customers by removing friction and obstacles.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build a scalable platform for a new loyalty program
• Integrate COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) offerings with internal systems and business flows
• Develop and maintain shared experience APIs to be leveraged across the entire organization
• Utilize cloud technologies (we are migrating from AWS to Azure) to implement robust, scalable solutions
• Work with various data technologies, including Data Lakes, Analytics, and elements of Machine Learning
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Azure DevOps, Gradle, Terraform, Docker, and related tools
• Ensure observability through tools like Azure Insights, Kibana, and Grafana
• Engage in agile development methodologies (SAFE & Scrum) to deliver high-quality software

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in similar roles
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, primarily Azure (AWS experience is a plus)
• Very good skills in IaC with Terraform
• Vast experience with tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
• Good knowledge of containerization – Docker and Kubernetes
• Expertise in monitoring with Azure Insights or Kibana and Grafana
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture and experience with REST / SOAP interfaces
• Experience working in agile software development frameworks (SAFE & Scrum)
• Strong communication skills with a high level of proficiency in both Polish and English - B2/C1 level

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience with Checkmarx and Orca Security
