As part of the central DevOps / Platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of tools that allow product teams to adopt the modern DevOps standards across their platforms.

responsibilities :
Build, develop, and maintain DevOps solutions from the ground up in an environment where DevOps practices are still emerging.
Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines following industry best practices.
Automate software delivery, testing, and environment management processes.
Deliver tools, pipelines, and infrastructure solutions to development and operational teams, ensuring smooth adoption and providing ongoing support.
Lead and support the migration of projects from VM-based environments to containerised solutions.
Identify and address technical and process-related tech debt within existing DevOps practices.
Propose, design, and implement improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability across teams.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to build and promote a strong DevOps culture.
Establish standards, documentation, and guidelines for DevOps processes and tooling.

Experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure and/or AWS preferred).
Understanding of CI/CD processes with hands-on experience with pipelines.
Good understanding of observability tools.
Knowledge of networks and network protocols.
Basic understanding of infrastructure security.
Effective communication that leads to excellent working relationships with all parties.
Good English oral and written communication skills. Particularly in the areas of technical presentation and technical document writing.

Remuneration on B2B contract: 1.100-1.300 PLN net/day.
