As a DevOps Engineer, youll be working closely with both internal teams and end clients (primarily based in the US and occasionally Saudi Arabia). This isn’t a SaaS platform – all solutions are self-hosted and tailored to unique customer requirements.

responsibilities :
Engineer and adapt infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients
Customize deployments of a self-hosted product in complex on-prem environments (including OpenShift)
Work on 2 key long-term projects, plus occasional tasks around AI infrastructure
Participate in client calls (once per week, typically at 19:00 CET) and maintain flexible hours ending around 17:00–18:00 CET
Occasionally travel to client sites in Saudi Arabia or USA
requirements-expected :
Excellent English (written & spoken) – client communication is a key part of the role
Deep understanding of AWS, Kubernetes (preferably OpenShift), Terraform, and scripting in Python
Ability to explain complex infrastructure concepts to technically limited stakeholders in a friendly and effective way
Self-driven, proactive attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in enterprise or high-security environments
