The DevOps Engineer will be working with the engineering team and focusing on Cloud (mainly AWS supported by Azure/OVHCloud/GCP) infrastructure and automation. A key part of the role is championing and leading infrastructure as code, being a consultant and proactively solving problems for clients beyond just “closing the tickets".
responsibilities :
Be a Cloud platform expert in the “core” infrastructure areas such as server, storage, networking, managed services for user authentication, name resolution, backup, monitoring, logging, etc.
Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available.
Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements.
Provision, configure and maintain cloud infrastructure defined as code.
Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas.
Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of Cloud infrastructure and systems.
Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization.
Contribute to the clients codebase with Terraform, CloudFormation, or potentially other automation and scripting languages.
Evaluate existing stack and infrastructure to maintain optimal performance, availability, and security.
Maintain an at least "Associate" level of certification on a AWS.
Engage directly with clients via phone and video calls to offer guidance and complete tasks.
Contribute to the clients ever-growing knowledge base.
requirements-expected :
MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
At least 5 years of experience building and maintaining Cloud infrastructure
Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and supporting infrastructure, system, and security configurations and policies.
Experience working together with demanding customers to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.
Experience with Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, ELK and deploying applications on Cloud.
Strong technical design, development, analysis and problem solving skills.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure with Terraform.
Solid foundation of networking and Linux administration.
Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Great attention to detail.
Fluency in English is a must.
