Key information:

Salary: 23 000 - 27 000 PLN net/month - pure B2B contract

20 000 – 23 500 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

Working hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Polish time / CET) remaining 4 hours flexible

It is vital that you have:

• Fluency in English (min. C1);

• Strong expertise in Helm, including creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex Helm charts;

• Experience managing the full observability stack, including Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo;

• Basic understanding of OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and metrics collection;

• Experience managing stateful databases in Kubernetes, using tools such as PgNative or Temporal Operator;

• Knowledge of secret management solutions, such as OpenBao or External Secrets;

• skills in using Grafana to build dashboards and visualize data.

• working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

• high communication skills;

• eager to learn and share knowledge;

• willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.).

Nice to have technologies:

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Familiarity with modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic systems monitoring or AI frameworks

Technology stack:

• Kubernetes, Helm

• OpenBao, langfuse, OpenTelemetry

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

• managing the deployment, scaling, and operation of all platform components within a Kubernetes cluster;

• designing and maintaining complex Helm charts, including an umbrella chart that orchestrates multiple sub-charts and third-party dependencies;

• operating and maintaining observability components, including Prometheus to ensure comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and visibility;

• managing and securing platform secrets;

• ensuring the platform is fully reproducible, consistent across environments, and aligned with infrastructure-as-code principles.
