We are looking for an experienced DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize AWS infrastructure powering AdTech platforms that process millions of events and requests in real time. This is a 100% remote position with an initial 3-month contract and the possibility of extension. The role involves building scalable, secure, and highly available systems, enabling rapid deployments and supporting business models based on real-time revenue. You will collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and data engineers to deliver robust solutions.
responsibilities :
Design and maintain AWS-based infrastructure for AdTech platforms.
Build architecture leveraging:
EC2, Fargate, EKS for microservices deployment.
ALB/NLB for low-latency traffic routing.
Autoscaling Groups, KEDA for dynamic scaling.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
Deploy changes quickly, safely, and without downtime.
Suggest improvements to software development processes.
Work closely with developers, data scientists, and data engineers.
Provide tools and environments for rapid experimentation and reliable releases.
Configure IAM policies, manage access, and ensure data security.
Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR).
requirements-expected :
Experience: 3–5 years as DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineer.
Strong knowledge of Linux and networking (TCP/UDP, DNS, load balancing).
Hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
Proficiency in Terraform and CI/CD tools.
Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, Helm.
Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
Practical knowledge of streaming systems (Kafka or similar).
Scripting skills in Python/Go.
Understanding of distributed systems security and GDPR compliance.
Proven experience in AdTech, including architecture design, scaling, and modernization of complex advertising, affiliate, and scheduling systems.
Higher education (preferably technical fields).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
English proficiency for reading and understanding technical documentation.
