Your responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure in AWS, including automating processes using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Monitoring, diagnosing, and optimizing system performance while ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Managing containers and orchestration using Docker as well as Kubernetes or AWS ECS/EKS.
  • Implementing and maintaining security mechanisms, including IAM management, access control, and compliance audits.
  • Deploying and managing monitoring and alerting systems using tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus.
  • Automating administrative tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to infrastructure and deployment processes.
  • Maintaining technical documentation and supporting the development of standards within the organization.

Knowledge of / experience with:

  • Experience and knowledge of AWS, Ansible, Ansible Tower, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, API Gateways, Jira, Networking, Scripting, Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience working with EC2, RDS, S3, EKS, MKS, ALB, ELB.
  • Agile development and continuous integration principles and platforms.
  • Ability to deliver at pace, whilst making effective decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A "can-do" attitude and eager to constantly deliver things smarter.
  • AWS Certifications.
  • Good understanding of software engineering best practices such as code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, deployment, release, and change management.
  • Excellent verbal skills (Polish and English) and a human-friendly approach.
