Engage in technical discussions regarding infrastructure and platform architecture.
Partner with product and engineering teams to support and streamline feature delivery.
Build, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Develop automation solutions to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
Deploy and manage applications — including static frontend apps — in AWS.
Improve tooling, workflows, and overall infrastructure stability across environments.
Collaborate closely with developers and provide operational guidance across teams.
Participate in code reviews and ensure deployment quality, consistency, and best practices.
requirements-expected :
7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles.
Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
Proven production experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with automation and infrastructure tooling (IaC, scripting, pipelines).
Solid SQL knowledge and familiarity with Postgres or MySQL.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues, scalability challenges, and performance bottlenecks.
Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting engineers across teams.
Fluent in English and Polish (B2+ level).
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
