Decompose technical and functional requests into detailed user stories by interacting with the Product Owner and the Agile team;
Understand mainframe environments and the existing deployment mechanism in order to migrate the future components to new infrastructures;
Lead DevOps initiatives in the team;
Keep yourself updated on DevOps culture by all means, and be an evangelist for the global Tribe;
Ensure and increase autonomy of the team regarding environments and deployments;
Implement and maintain a CI/CD pipeline;
Integrate the vendor software into Société Générale IT ecosystem;
Maintain PROD & Non PROD environments;
Ensure application operations: monitoring, alerting, resiliency, ITRM with the help of the application manager;
As a member of a Chapter, contribute to knowledge sharing and growth, ensure alignment with the guidelines and practices;
Participate in Application support (“You build it, you run it”): analyze incidents, problems and requests, and co-ordinate with other teams till closure;
You have bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering;
You have at least 3 years of experience in a position related to DevOps;
You have Java or Cobol knowledge (as a plus);
You have proficiency in English, Polish is a nice to have;
You have high analytical skills and curiosity;
You have good interpersonal and communication skills, with flexible approach;
You are open to explore other technos (Java will remain the primary one) and willingto grow;
You have understanding of Agile and Project methodologies: Scrum, SAFe, Agile and Waterfall;
You are able to work autonomously, take initiatives and challenge & improve legacy
You are organized and able to prioritize work autonomously.
