• We’re looking for a Kubernetes Engineer to join an international team supporting a global leader in the automotive industry- renowned for pioneering hybrid technology, lean manufacturing, and sustainable innovation. You’ll work on building and improving modern container platforms based on OpenShift, AWS (EKS/ECS), and Azure AKS, supporting scalable microservices in a cloud-native setup.
• The tech stack includes Terraform, ArgoCD, Ansible, and more. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers in an agile environment where your ideas matter and your work has real impact. The role is based in Wrocław, with a hybrid model-expect to be in the office 3–4 times per week.

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining container platforms based on Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Managing workloads across AWS (EKS, ECS) and Azure AKS, ensuring high availability and performance
• Automating infrastructure and deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and Flux
• Supporting CI/CD processes and collaborating with developers to improve delivery pipelines
• Troubleshooting complex issues in distributed environments and proactively improving system resilience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift (self-managed or dedicated)
• Solid knowledge of AWS ECS/EKS and a working understanding of Azure AKS
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python or Go) and good understanding of Linux environments
• Very good command of English (at least B2 level) – both spoken and written
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
