As part of the foreign segment, we are present in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Turkey, and Croatia. We oversee the development of our subsidiaries and provide business, legal, and IT consulting services. Due to the international nature of Benefit Systems Internationals operations, a significant portion of the work is conducted in English. Maintenance of Azure cloud-based infrastructure components (e.g., Linux and/or Windows servers based on virtual machine instances, Container Apps, EntraID, Azure Monitor, Azure SQL, Azure Virtual Desktop, Application Gateway + WAF, PowerShell (Runbooks), Bicep),
~ Management of M365 Online services Sharepoint, Exchange, Onedrive, Intune, Autopilot, Windows365,
~ Designing, implementing, and overseeing CI/CD pipelines for various projects using Azure DevOps.
~ Automating infrastructure provisioning and managing using Azure Bicep.
~ Improving the performance of operating system components and networks,
~ Hardening of Windows and Linux servers,
~ Implementing systems security measures and utilizing Azures advanced security tools to protect operations.
~ Monitoring, maintenance systems performance to ensure reliability and scalability (e.g. Staying current with Azure services and technologies to continuously refine our systems and practices.
~ Providing technical support for other engineers and business owners regarding issues related to M365, cloud infrastructure and Azure services including work after business hours for scheduled tasks,
~ granting access, handling Azure service access issues, reporting problems, finding proactive resolutions.
Technical Requirements:
~ Fluent in all Azure environments,
~ Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Bicep or similar tools.
~ In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Container Apps, Azure SQL Database, Azure Virtual Machine, Azure Storage, among others.
~ Demonstrated ability to deploy and manage Azure monitoring and logging services.
~ Understanding of networking concepts (VNETs, NSGs, VPNs, etc.), identity services (Microsoft Entra, RBAC), and security best practices.
~ Skilled in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
~ At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with significant exposure to Azure environments.
~ Nice to have:
~ Experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing applications using Azure Container Apps, with an understanding of microservices architecture and the ability to leverage Azures serverless containers efficiently.
~ Experience with Azure Databricks for big data analytics, understanding of data engineering and data science workflows, and the ability to integrate Azure Databricks into the overall DevOps strategy for data-intensive applications.
~ Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) and/or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104). Real impact on company IT direction,
