For our US client, we are looking for DevOps / Developer Productivity Engineer.

Developer Productivity Engineer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of teams within our engineering department. This is a unique opportunity to impact the entire software development lifecycle by optimising processes that empower developers to deliver high-quality software faster and with greater confidence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and introduce automation where it matters most. Your work will be critical in reducing build times, increasing code quality, and ensuring that our teams can focus on what they do best-writing great code.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Support, streamline and challenge established and implement new SDLC workflows
• Shorten development feedback cycle
• Provide self-service facilities at the disposal of developers, particularly in security tooling
• Create and maintain dashboards for developers with engineering productivity metrics
• Create reports with engineering productivity metrics
• Provide guides, how-to’s and documentation to improve developer experience
• Create requirements for the internal development platform (EKS based).
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Proven ability to debug and resolve unfamiliar and complex technical problems.
• Strong background in software development, with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Scala, Python, Java).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions and migration from one to the other.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
