responsibilities :
Designing and developing automation workflows to streamline infrastructure processes
Creating and maintaining scripts and tools to reduce manual tasks
Collaborating with DevOps and infrastructure teams to automate deployment processes
Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for software delivery
Writing and maintaining scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages
Monitoring automation systems and resolving operational issues
Optimizing existing workflows to enhance performance and scalability
Participating in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of automation failures
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new automation opportunities
Documenting automation solutions and maintaining best practices

Extensive experience in automation engineering within on-prem infrastructure environments
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible or Jenkins
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their implementation
Strong Linux administration skills and experience working with VMs
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse technical teams
