About the project

Type of project: IT services

Work mode: Remote (willingness to travel occasionally)

Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate's availability)

Budget: 220 PLN net/h

Your responsibilities

  • Design and lead the GitLab → GitHub migration for a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
  • Implement and maintain DevSecOps best practices
  • Automate processes using Python, Shell, and YAML scripting
  • Coordinate delivery with offshore DevOps teams (India)
  • Manage communication and alignment with technical and business stakeholders
  • Oversee infrastructure using Terraform, container orchestration, and cloud-native technologies

Our requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, including 5+ years in architecture roles
  • Proven experience in large-scale GitLab to GitHub migrations
  • Deep expertise in GitHub Actions, CI/CD patterns, and DevSecOps practices
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, YAML
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams (India)
