Mittanbud is the largest tender service in Norway, established in 2009. It acts as an intermediary in tenders to over 30,000 suppliers throughout the country, sending 5,000 new work assignments weekly to registered companies on the Mittanbud platform.
In 2022, the Finnish version, Remppatori, was launched, followed by the Danish version, 3byggetilbud, in 2023, with more countries coming soon.
Mittanbuds product is developed by teams located in two offices: Oslo and Gdańsk. The Norwegian side consists of several teams, including back-end DevOps developers, SQA, data, and front-end developers, totaling about 50 people in the Oslo office. The Gdańsk office has 9 people focused on the business-related part of the Mittanbud platform for both WEB and MOBILE (iOS, Android), and we aim to grow and expand our competencies and responsibilities.
We offer you a job in a stable and mature project within a harmonious team of experienced engineers. As we implement our solutions in new markets, we are enlarging our teams. We will provide you with time and budget to develop competencies that you consider important. We work in a hybrid mode, visiting our office regularly once a week.

You enjoy getting things done and are willing to perform on-call duties (paid extra). You possess good English communication skills, are ready for trips to Oslo twice a year, and love your infrastructure while always looking for potential improvements. You are flexible and capable of working alone or in a team, able to automate processes, and have an interest and ability to quickly learn new technologies. You have the ability to self-organize and push for improvement, influencing the tech stack positively. You may not know everything, but you are curious and eager to learn.
