Follow-up project of Operators’ product validation. Assist the project manager in collecting useful information to build the kick-off meeting. During the project, maintain the task status and follow up with R&D to solve and deliver all requirements to the customer on time. Follow-up subsidiaries progress and support the local teams to speed up the countries validation
Support the customer events by setting up engaging demonstrations and targets to be saleable and usable products, with the help of the product and marketing team. For the new products in the early stage, align with R&D the use case and demo need to be adapted to the local market.
Product/solutions quality validation test. To validate the quality of our products/solutions in local operators’ networks. To setup and execute various test cases, including manual and automated tests. To be responsible for rating the quality of the product based on the test results and give recommendation for further processing of internal QA.
Debugging coordination. Interfacing to our customers, supporting internal development team to address issues raised from approval tests and to achieve proper solution into products. Responsible for the solution of the issues related to local networks raised from internal validation tests.
Working closely with internally development team to prepare document as customer requirements requested precisely and comprehensively. To achieve the consolidate implementation of requirements into products with the support of internal development team.
Contribution to the core project management team to achieve major milestones. Working in international project team to finish testing and requirement implementation tasks in timely manner.

Experience with project management, or software, hardware development or testing.
Experience with various devices, like router, CPE, wearables, and smartphone
Good technical understanding and strong communication skills.
Target oriented and structured work manner, strong quality awareness.
Business fluent English in oral and written is mandatory. Fluent French or Chinese is strongly considered as advantage.
