responsibilities :
Oversee global meeting room technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing systems, and AV equipment; ensure seamless integration with collaboration platforms and provide third-line support and troubleshooting.
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and manage deployment workflows via Azure DevOps pipelines.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of network protocols, endpoint security, authentication mechanisms, encryption standards, data protection practices, compliance requirements, and privacy considerations.
Conduct effective knowledge transfer sessions to onboard and support new team members.
