In Wealth Middle Office & Data Technology, we are responsible for supporting the Wealth Management Middle Office value chain with technology. We are covering 3 areas being two development teams, called Middle Office Products and Market Data Products, as well as a large technical migration programme. Main tech stack is Microsoft based with SQL Server, applications in .Net/C# and we are in the process of building new services in Azure cloud.
As a Development Lead with us, you will be responsible for the Market Data Products team with responsibility for 6 skilled colleagues in Warsaw, which consist of 5 software engineers and 1 data engineer. We are currently hiring 2 more engineers to the team. In addition, we are fortunate to have a strong product owner managing the product backlog. The product owner is allocated from the market data business team. In Market Data Products, the main focus is on exposing high quality Market Data end-of-day and in real-time to data consumers widely in Nykredit.
As a Development Lead you will have functional reference to Development Manager Miguel Martinez Picazo, head of Wealth Middle Office & Data Technology, and HR reference to Amel Pasic, who is office head in Nykredit Poland.

Build a high-performing team that can effectively deliver on the teams roadmap
Be a sparring partner for the teams product owner, as well as have in-depth knowledge of the teams backlog and the long-term roadmap
Take responsibility for the teams well-being and efficiency
Ensure quality and compliance with common standards and compliance requirements
Ensure that the development lives up to architectural principles and guidelines
Be responsible for ongoing recruitment and performance follow-up
requirements-expected :
Have experience working in capital markets (manager, analyst, etc.)
Have university degree in finance or technology
Have have good communication skills and you are outgoing and empathetic
Understand of the value of collaborating with your colleagues
Curious, proactive, relevant - and have ideas as to how Nykredits digital ambitions can become reality, and participate constructively in the dialogue with the company about the way forward
Ensure transparency in decisions, progress and results
Eye for how to best contribute to the achievement of both your own and the teams goals, and understand the importance of targeted, accommodating dialogue with both colleagues and partners,
Experience in managing the team (nice to have).
