We are searching for an experienced Development Lead for Nykredit
This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, Poland and you will join our Banking Technology – Business Enablement department. The Information & Document Management team is in charge of Nykredit’s core customer data services, supporting our business with high data quality trough Master Data Management capabilities and delivering a number of document management solutions which are essential for a good customer experience and efficient operation. This involves both in-house IT solutions and third-party vendor solutions.
The job offers personal development and you are expected to be much involved in our IT transition over the coming years towards cloud infrastructure, support mainframe exit program, deliver on planned migration of Spar Nord into Nykredit processes and IT systems. Also you are expected to execute on our Master Data Management initiative together with the data domain owner for customer and party data.
In this role you will lead the experienced team located with 6 colleagues in Warsaw and 2 in Copenhagen. As a Development Lead you will have functional reference to Development Manager Jesper Søndergaard and HR reference to Amel Pasic, who is office head in Nykredit Poland.
At Nykredit, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to eight days per month.
As a Development Lead, you are a business tech partner and take responsibility for the businesss technological, operational and developmental needs. You have full HR and managerial responsibility for your team members and, as a leader, you should be accessible and ensure high employee satisfaction through your leadership style.
Primary tasks and responsibilities include:
•Build a high-performing team that can efficiently deliver on the teams backlog
•Take responsibility for the well-being and effectiveness of the team
•Ensure quality and compliance with common standards and regulatory requirements
•Ensure that development adheres to architectural principles and guidelines
•Be a competent technical sparring partner for the Product Owner and other business stakeholders
•Be responsible for ongoing recruitment and performance follow-up.
