Responsibilities

• Collaborating on the development and modernization of OE (Original Equipment) projects.
• Defining and specifying mechatronic components, devices, and integrated systems.
• Coordinating technical activities across cross‑functional teams, including customers, development, quality, sales, and other project stakeholders.
• Conducting analysis of mechatronic parts, including technical calculations and performance evaluations.
• Ensuring standardization of data, documentation, and product knowledge across projects.
• Contributing to design FMEAs and supporting risk assessment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably in electronics, electrical, mechatronics or a related field.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience in requirements management, change management, configuration management and process‑driven system / software engineering.
• Solid understanding of electronics including hardware interfaces and electrical schematics.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to task execution.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Knowledge of the railway market will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLM systems (e.g. Windchill) and CAD (e.g. CREO Parametric) preferable.
