WHAT WILL YOU DO

•Implementation of new products for serial production: module or pack constructions containing lithium-ion cells

•Improvement of battery quality and productivity at the stage of mass production (incl. 4M Changes)

•Defect analysis of implemented products based on 8D / Six Sigma methodologies

•Searching for design and process solutions for product improvements

•Cooperation with customers and technical support as part of the launched processes

•Optimization of technical documentation and implementation of modifications based on existing drawings and sketches

•Supervision over the existing technical documentation (2D, 3D)

•Active cooperation with the Quality, Process, Production, Purchasing departments and HQ

WHAT WE EXPECT

•Higher education - preferred majors: mechatronics, mechanics, chemistry, chemical technology, chemical and process engineering, polymer engineering, materials engineering, electronics, electrical

•A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position, in a production environment or in the automotive industry

•Knowledge of technical drawing (knowledge of GD&T is welcome)

•Ability to think analytically

•Ability to present work results (reporting)

•Experience in running projects related to the implementation and development of new processes and products

•Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing

•Knowledge of MS Office package

•Ability to use 3D modeling programs (Catia or Creo) is a plus
