Main Purpose of the Position

We are looking for a skilled Automation Developer & Business Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform. In this key role, you’ll design, develop, and optimize automation solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll leverage Power Platform technologies to enhance workflows and ensure seamless integration, performance, and accuracy. Experience with Automation Anywhere is beneficial but secondary to expertise in Power Platform.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities, focusing on solutions that utilize Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Design, develop, and test low-code automation applications, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Manage and enhance existing Power Platform solutions, continuously driving improvement and scalability.
• Document process flows, technical specifications, and create user guides for automation solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance, resolving any issues for implemented Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and smooth integration of automation solutions.
• Share knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Automate, Power Apps) is essential.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere is a plus.
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into Power Platform solutions.
• Proficiency with tools such as GIT, JIRA, and ServiceNow, and familiarity with SCRUM/Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy in documenting processes.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS), SQL query writing, and REST APIs is advantageous.
• Familiarity with BPMN/UML notation.
