About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will provide on-site technical support to end users, ensuring their hardware, software, and IT systems function smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  3. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
  4. Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles using relevant tools.
  5. Ensure seamless IT operations by maintaining and updating technical documentation.
  6. Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to address escalated issues.
  7. Maintain excellent customer service by addressing user concerns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or in a similar IT support role.
  2. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office applications.
  3. Familiarity with Active Directory, network protocols, and troubleshooting tools.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Professional fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
  7. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, or equivalent are a plus.
