WHAT YOULL DO:

• Coordinate with Product Teams to drive the product roadmap with new innovations.
• Support Product Team in production & implementation of Workplace/Comms products.
• Manage New Feature Requests – Experimentation, Testing, Roll Out, Hand Over to Service Teams. Guide On-the-ground facilities Team on enabling actions for System Upgrades. Provide L3 Support for any major product-related issues.
• Document solutions/build/upkeep of existing KB articles and Run Books.
• Possess extensive experience in IOT and AV.
• Oversee the provisioning/deployment of solutions. Provide technical consultation as needed throughout a project deployment.
• Ensure implementations are standard, operationally scalable, and aligned to service strategy & direction.
• Ensure project processes are standard, scalable, transparent, relevant, communicated, and documented.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Technically experienced IT professional – minimum of 8 years of experience with demonstrable technical background related to engineering and technical project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders (both internal and vendors).
• Broad experience of technical problem-solving and consulting.
• Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends for the purposes of both cost reduction and service improvement.
• Technical experience in Azure, Digital Signage, SQL Databases, Networks, and Firewalls is a plus.
• This role requires a solid base in computing or engineering as hands-on technical work will be required.
