Job Overview

As a Plant Controller, you will manage and control all financial aspects of our assembly plant. Your work will ensure accurate cost tracking, budgeting, and reporting to support operational efficiency and profitability for Marine Handling Solutions projects and products.

Job Tasks

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and plant performance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the plant.
• Support project profitability analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and legal requirements.
• Ensure smooth operation of administrative and statutory tasks related to plant operations.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in plant or manufacturing controlling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
