Deputy WTG Package Manager for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Poland

Responsibilities

• Co-manage with the Packages PM all Package tasks and responsibilities as requested
• Be an effective member of the Package team
• Support the Package PM in enforcing and ensuring Package compliance with project processes, policies, systems and procedures and safety philosophy
• Support Packages progress according to scope, budget, schedule and quality
• Execute all tasks according to high safety awareness culture
• Consider enhanced HSSE in planning and execution of the scope of tasks
• Support management HSSE risks within the scope . Capture and implement relevant Package lessons learnt and share with project team if requested
• Support decision-making, provide relevant documentation. Documenting work to reach readiness for Execution
• Communicate with other packages, especially engineering design

Requirements

• MSc,BSc or other relevant Masters degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant project experience in wind, turbine and/or large construction
  • Negotiation, communication and leadership skills as well as commercial understanding and awarenes
