Sunly group’s mission is to ensure renewable energy security of supply in Poland and the Baltics, by developing solar and wind parks together with local communities. We also invest in electrification start-ups.



Alseva has recently joined forces with Sunly, to boost solar, wind and storage investments in Poland. Alseva is a one-stop-shop for all things solar: development, design, engineering, procurement, construction, as well as operations and maintenance of PV systems.



Together, we have over 16,000 MW solar, onshore and offshore wind projects in our pipeline. We need your help to make it a reality!

Requirements

• Automation of the accounting process (including, banks, interest)
• Coordination of further improvements to the accounting system
• GUS reporting and supervision of it
• NBP reporting and supervision of it
• Preparation of cit-8 declarations for selected entities and tax calculations
• Preparation of financial statements for selected entities
• Preparation of documentation and coordination of dispatch of SF to the National Court Register
• Coordination of the course of the audit in individual entities and representation
• Transfer pricing documentation - reporting + supervision
• Financial analyses
• Accounting of selected entities and operations

It Includes

• Final posting of all accounting documents
• Closing of the month
• Preparation of payment statements: accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Entering bank statements
• Issuing sales invoices
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts at the end of the month
• Keeping records and accounting for fixed assets
• Preparation of declarations Vat_JPK, Vat_UE + sending to the US
• Calculation of tax Cit-8

Our expectations

• University degree in accounting/economics or equivalent business experience
• Excellent both Polish and English language skills (must have - we are part of an international capital)
• Independence, ability to maintain full accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and learn new skills
• Excellent communication skills
