As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients globally. Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. Responsibilities
- Reading legal documentation and reflect fund structure properly in the system
- Ensuring all data in the main system is accurate
- Communicates via email and video calls with internal and external clients
- Following controls in place to mitigate risks
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to provide excellent service and continue upgrading processes
- Monitoring the dedicated mailboxes/systems to ensure that all enquiries and change requests are promptly handled
