• overseeing the execution of stock shipments to various destinations,
• ensuring timely delivery of products to the correct locations,
• collaborating with factories, quality assurance teams, and transport teams to ensure seamless shipments,
• monitoring stock levels and making prioritization decisions based on customer demand,
• managing transportation logistics and resolving issues such as delays or capacity constraints,
• creating release schedules and forecasting transport requirements for the upcoming weeks,
• handling urgent shipments while navigating logistical challenges.
• balancing the need for timely deliveries with cost efficiency and quality standards,
• addressing challenges related to inventory management anddistribution to different locations,
• ensuring adherence to all relevant shipping regulations and internal policies.

Wymagania

• experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, with a proven history of managing stock shipments to various locations,
• proficiency in coordinating with factories, quality teams, and transport teams,
• ability to ensure timely and accurate shipments to designated locations,
• skills in developing release schedules and forecasting transport needs,
• experience in monitoring stock levels and prioritizing shipments according to customer demands,
• ability to address issues related to inventory management and stock distribution,
• strong problem-solving skills,
• knowledge of relevant shipping regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance,
• excellent communication skills for coordinating with various teams and stakeholders,
• attention to detail,
• flexibility and adaptability,
• technical proficiency with logistics software and tools for tracking shipments and managing logistics operations.
