This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, Poland and you will join the area management team. The team is part of the Service Integration and Security department and will take the lead in integrating BEC services into our service providers.
The manager provides the ideal candidate with an exceptional opportunity to create, develop, and solidify the role within BEC alongside the team. At BEC, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office 4 days a week and working remotely for 1 day. The role requires traveling to Denmark up to 6-8 times per year.
responsibilities :
Take accountability for delivering the team’s contributions to the domain roadmap in alignment with agreed objectives.
Establish and maintain a delivery strategy and team structure to effectively execute the team backlog.
Build and lead a high-performing Service Integrator team across our offices in Poland and Denmark, fostering professional growth through coaching, training, and mentoring.
Define the team’s mission, align recruitment and skill development with the roadmap, and ensure regular performance reviews are conducted.
Ensure outstanding service delivery to both internal and external customers within the area.
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
Take ownership of all systems, data, and platforms within your area, ensuring operational stability, compliance, and effective risk management.
requirements-expected :
A higher educational background (preferably in IT) and several years of experience in a similar position.
A strong understanding of the importance of regulations, compliance, and security in the financial sector.
Proven experience in managing a multicultural team of professionals with diverse technical backgrounds and previous experience as a people manager.
A customer-focused and service-oriented approach, with a commitment to developing, enhancing, and maintaining stable and secure services.
A curious and open mindset, with a focus on knowledge sharing, collaboration, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to work effectively with teams in Denmark and Poland.
