Your Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service,
• Initiate and control actions to ensure sales,
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop sales advisors in your team,
• Plan and organize department work according to business needs,
• Ensure profit by controlling costs and preventing losses.

Qualifications

Our Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• Desire for development and a positive attitude,
• Good organization and ability to prioritize based on needs,
• Ability to plan and handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
• Developed sales skills and the ability to manage a business considering current fashion trends,
• Good knowledge of English,
• Very good knowledge of Polish,
• Experience in sales and team management.
