Job Description:

Join the Global IT&D Contract Logistics Unit as a part of the Demand and Portfolio Management team as the Demand Specialist (Finance/Controlling) . As the Demand Specialist, you will support finance-controlling processes. The focus is on operational responsibility for controlling the global IT organization in the respective departments.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Booking of incoming invoices including validation in financial systems
• Cross-charging of services and projects costs on a global level
• Data entries in the finance systems.
• Support monthly and year-end reporting, including related delta analysis.
• Support further reporting, incl. investment, and project reporting.
• Support tracking of department financial budget and forecast vs. actuals.
• Managing the administrative aspects of the procurement processes

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelors degree in Finance or Economics
• At least 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling position
• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Very good spoken & written English (B2)
• Working experience in an international environment
• Strong ability to work in virtual teams
• Very good communication and analytical skills including a strong accuracy mindset
• Capability and motivation to learn
