As Demand Planner you will:

1. Ensure sales forecasts accuracy and the building of turnover through the piloting of the sales forecast process.
2. Be responsible for the catalogue management and contribute to its rationalization.
3. Manage the sales forecasts quality.
4. Build the baseline forecast.
5. Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams.
6. Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history.
7. Participate to the improvement of the sales forecast practices.
8. According to the organization: recruit, develop and manage his/her team taking care of the transfer of know-how and of the development of its expertise. Implement organizational changes.

Youre the perfect match if you have:

1. Experience in Demand Planning role.
2. SAP experience.
3. High Proficiency in Excel.
4. Very analytical mindset.
5. Goal-oriented, problem solving approach.
6. Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
7. Complexity management ability.
8. Fluency in English and Polish.
