  • Track and reconcile demand signals vs. actuals; communicate variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Partner with Supply and Inventory Planning teams to ensure product availability and optimal inventory.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy KPIs and support improvements in forecast performance.
  • Monitor trends, promotions, seasonality, and new product launches to inform demand plans.
  • Support S&OP processes by providing timely, data‑driven insights and forecast inputs.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams on key customer and retailer planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning tools and reporting.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver weekly and monthly forecasts and reporting packages.
  • Analyze historical sales, POS data and promotions to build forward‑looking plans.
  • Engage closely with cross‑functional teams to align assumptions and drive accountability.
  • Highlight risk and opportunity scenarios for proactive inventory and supply response.
  • Support the team with system clean‑up, master data accuracy and planning optimization.
  • Act as the forecasting lead for select product categories or customer segments.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in CPG or consumer healthcare.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with planning tools and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a lean, hands‑on environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sexual wellness, lifestyle or personal care categories.
  • Familiarity with POS data analysis and retailer‑specific forecasting.
  • Understanding of S&OP or IBP processes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach.
