Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Demand Planner, you will consolidate demand plans and sales estimates from various countries, customers, and channels. You will play a vital role in feeding this data into the regional demand planning process as part of our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategy. You will join an international team with members based in different countries within EMEA.
We will support your development through regular feedback and online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities as a Demand Planner:
- Consolidate cluster sales forecast / sales call by segment with commercial, marketing & finance teams.
- Identify and address gaps within segment Demand Plan (DP) and/or financial estimate. Support coordination and prioritization in case of supply constraints.
- Attend monthly local/regional Demand Agreement Meetings / Demand Review and provide insights on marketing & sales actions supporting changes in demand plan.
- Focus on New Product Development (NPD) and Promotions.
- Participate in EMEA Executive S&OP reviews to represent your subcluster and align on DP load prior to demand versioning.
- Communicate closely with segment’s supply chain lead regarding significant supply issues impacting sales.
- Monitor sales attainment vs demand plan and provide visibility to relevant teams.
- Provide monthly cluster KPIs such as Workforce Administration & Attainment (WFA), errors analysis, OTIF / Fill Rate, E&O.
- Develop and drive the consolidated E&O process to support inventory KPI delivery.
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Experience in demand or supply planning with end-to-end S&OP process knowledge.
- Strong background in handling complex commercial environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
