Demand Generation Specialist – Operations & Contract Support – Wroclaw, Poland

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor contracts (IOs, SOWs, renewals): oversee the full lifecycle from initiation through execution, ensuring compliance with procurement and legal policies.
  • Own budget tracking and pacing: monitor spend commitments and pacing across digital media and demand generation programs; ensure financial accuracy against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Partner with finance teams to manage monthly media spend processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and adjustments.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new vendors by collaborating with procurement and legal teams.
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendor financial and contractual queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Support project and process management for the COE, including documenting processes and playbooks for contract and budget workflows.
  • Work closely with campaign managers and DG specialists to ensure vendor contracts and budgets align with marketing execution needs.
  • Continuously improve vendor and contract management processes for scalability and efficiency.

What you’ll bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, contract/vendor management, procurement support, or budget/financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor contract processes (IOs, SOWs, renewals) and budget management (tracking, pacing, accruals, reconciliations).
  • Background in marketing, demand generation, or paid digital tactics, with understanding of how budgets/contracts align to campaign execution.
  • Experience in project and process management, including documentation and workflow optimization.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Experience with contract and financial systems such as Evisort, OneTrust, Concur (preferred but not required).
  • Strong collaboration skills with legal, procurement, finance, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
