The Marketing team is a close-knit and supportive team. We cover the areas of communication & events, branding, digital marketing (including demand-gen), product marketing and go-to-market. We have a remote-first way of working, which means everything is available online and accessible to others. We connect regularly on team level and sub-levels.

Overview

Be part of our ZF team as Demand Generation Manager SCALAR (m/f/d). You’ll be at the heart of growing our pipeline by designing and delivering smart, creative campaigns that bring in high-quality leads for our sales teams. You’ll have the freedom (and responsibility) to plan, launch, and measure marketing activities that make a difference. You’ll work across channels—performance marketing, marketing automation, and content that supports our sales teams and helps prospects understand what makes SCALAR tick. It’s all about grabbing attention, sparking interest, and keeping potential customers engaged throughout their journey. We’re in a space that’s changing fast, especially with how AI is reshaping how people search, ask questions, and make decisions. So we’re looking for someone who thinks beyond traditional demand gen: curious, creative, and ready to show up where attention is shifting, not where it used to be.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver smart, creative campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Plan, launch, and measure marketing activities across channels to drive growth.
  • Collaborate across performance marketing, marketing automation, and content to support the sales team and educate prospects about SCALAR.
  • Identify opportunities in a changing AI-driven landscape and adapt demand generation strategies accordingly.
  • Build systems, test ideas, and measure impact to fuel growth and contribute to SCALAR’s success.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing in an international SaaS or telematics environment.
  • Proven experience in lead generation techniques, digital advertising platforms, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEM, PPC, social advertising, and retargeting/remarketing.
  • Experience in building automated email workflows that move leads from first touch to sales-ready, including lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation, or triggered campaigns.
  • Ability to adapt to AI-driven changes in how people search, ask questions, and make decisions; combine creativity with data to design campaigns that capture attention where it is shifting.
