Position: Demand & Supply Planner
Contract: This is a role for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Location: Please note you need to be located in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product categories or regions based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Report out of stock situation to the commercial Export Market business and provide an overview on supply situation and availability based on information from the central systems.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Supply Hub and Customer Service to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain, facilitating optimized information flow and transparent customer service.
- Execute demand and supply planning activities within in-house systems, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Optimize inventory management processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate product Master Data setup and ensure an efficient material creation process, encompassing in-market data, logistical data, waste database, and PAF.
- Take responsibility for managing demand and supply processes in SAP/APO, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Min 2 years of experience in Demand planning (mandatory experience area) and Supply planning in a corporate environment.
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics processes.
- Technical skills (Excel, SAP APO/SNP).
- Very good problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and problem-solving skills with ability to contribute fully to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to make decisions.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability.
