Joining our integrated Supply Chain team gives you the opportunity to directly impact forecast accuracy and business performance. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Planning teams, contributing to key decision-making processes. This role offers exposure to global operations, modern planning tools, and international collaboration, while supporting continuous improvement and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive the S&OP process and align monthly forecast numbers with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor forecast versus actuals, including demand, billings, and accuracy metrics.
• Manage regional demand forecasts based on market trends and stakeholder input.
• Maintain MRP groups and adjust safety stock levels as required.
• Collaborate with Supply, Master Scheduling, and Planning teams on demand issues.
• Prepare materials for MBR and PLP review meetings.
• Support customer forecasting improvements and provide data for projects and launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; APICS certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of MRP, S&OP, and demand management processes.
• Experience with forecasting tools such as SAP, Kinaxis, JDA, or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Fluent English and readiness to work in an international environment, including travel.
