Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer who would join our Competency Center Digital and get involved in a project for a Swedish company offering data-driven solutions dedicated to the finance sector.

The platform you will be working on has been built over years of experience in the portfolio management domain. You will be engaged in the development of scalable solutions that need to perform with a rich history of financial data to help serve wealth management. Our client specializes in a breadth of offerings to support smaller firms need to serve their users well with a highly configurable solution with many functions.

Your role:

1. Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Delphi code
2. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
3. Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems
4. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
5. Cooperate in an Agile (Scrum), international environment

Your skills:

1. Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
2. Advanced Delphi knowledge
3. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
4. Ability to work as part of a team
5. Communicative level of English
6. Strong quality focus
7. DevOps mindset
8. Application security and privacy awareness
