• Offer technical troubleshooting support and guidance ? ?
• Resolve complaints, process orders, arrange refunds, and provide product info for a seamless customer experience ?
• Assist customers with every step of the purchasing process, from questions to resolving issues ?

? What Were Looking For:

• German language superstar (C1 level) in both writing and speaking
• Proven experience in a Customer Service role, especially in consumer products ?
• Comfortable with multiple systems and platforms (like CRM, WebChat, Review Sites) ?
• A team player with a positive attitude and great support for colleagues ?
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre ?
