Job Description

Your responsibilities include:

• Serve as a brand ambassador, handling customer enquiries via phone, web form, or chat.
• Address customer needs promptly following established procedures.
• Process warranty claims and coordinate repairs.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support.
• Resolve complaints, process orders, and manage refunds.
• Assist with purchasing questions and queries.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective resolution.

Requirements

• C1/C2 proficiency in Czech (written & verbal)
• B2 English skills
• Experience in customer service, preferably in consumer products
• Comfort with multiple systems (CRM, WebChat, Review Sites)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Empathy and objectivity in customer interactions
• Excellent telephone manners
• Team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in contact centers and complaint handling
• Familiarity with social media and e-commerce platforms
• Experience with cross-selling/up-selling
• Interest in new technologies like AI
