Job Description
Your responsibilities include:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, handling customer enquiries via phone, web form, or chat.
- Address customer needs promptly following established procedures.
- Process warranty claims and coordinate repairs.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support.
- Resolve complaints, process orders, and manage refunds.
- Assist with purchasing questions and queries.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective resolution.
Requirements
- C1/C2 proficiency in Czech (written & verbal)
- B2 English skills
- Experience in customer service, preferably in consumer products
- Comfort with multiple systems (CRM, WebChat, Review Sites)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Empathy and objectivity in customer interactions
- Excellent telephone manners
- Team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in contact centers and complaint handling
- Familiarity with social media and e-commerce platforms
- Experience with cross-selling/up-selling
- Interest in new technologies like AI
