Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and define project requirements.
• Design and implement Delmia Ortems-based solutions to optimize production planning and resource management.
• Configure the software to meet specific client requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Monitor system performance and propose improvements.
• Maintain ongoing research on new features and best practices of Delmia Ortems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions based on Delmia Ortems.
• In-depth knowledge of production planning processes and resource management.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Italian or German language could be a plus.
