Neumann Executive specializes in board advisory services and executive search assignments. This company operates across borders with a full scope direct search looking for the most exceptional executive talent possible. We’re looking for Delivery Team Leader.

Requirements



  1. Minimum 3-5 years of in-house recruitment and/or executive search firm experience.
  2. Experience in team management.
  3. A self-starter learner and team player with curiosity and agility to learn and adapt.
  4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Has a consultative approach, with the ability to manage and resolve complex candidate situations in an effective manner.
  6. Experience in working with multiple recruiting related technologies (ATS, CRM, Sourcing software, etc.).
  7. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities



  1. Development and management of the Delivery team.
  2. Independent implementation of recruitment projects for our clients.
  3. Close cooperation with Partners responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with Candidates.
  4. Active participation in conversations with Partners and/or Clients when determining the recruitment strategy.
  5. Setting priorities and distributing tasks within the team.
  6. Supporting team members, mentoring and training less experienced team members.
  7. Creating an atmosphere conducive to cooperation and building friendly relationships within the team.
  8. Providing strategic direction and counsel to hiring executives and senior human resources managers regarding recruiting trends, concerns and possibilities for opportunistic hiring, to ensure a positive client experience.
  9. Partnering with Clients recruiting leadership and operational hiring managers on an executive level.
  10. Ensuring the presentation of high-quality executive candidates in accordance with diversity and regulatory goals and objectives for both internal and external searches.
