Neumann Executive specializes in board advisory services and executive search assignments. This company operates across borders with a full scope direct search looking for the most exceptional executive talent possible. We’re looking for Delivery Team Leader.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of in-house recruitment and/or executive search firm experience.
- Experience in team management.
- A self-starter learner and team player with curiosity and agility to learn and adapt.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a consultative approach, with the ability to manage and resolve complex candidate situations in an effective manner.
- Experience in working with multiple recruiting related technologies (ATS, CRM, Sourcing software, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Development and management of the Delivery team.
- Independent implementation of recruitment projects for our clients.
- Close cooperation with Partners responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with Candidates.
- Active participation in conversations with Partners and/or Clients when determining the recruitment strategy.
- Setting priorities and distributing tasks within the team.
- Supporting team members, mentoring and training less experienced team members.
- Creating an atmosphere conducive to cooperation and building friendly relationships within the team.
- Providing strategic direction and counsel to hiring executives and senior human resources managers regarding recruiting trends, concerns and possibilities for opportunistic hiring, to ensure a positive client experience.
- Partnering with Clients recruiting leadership and operational hiring managers on an executive level.
- Ensuring the presentation of high-quality executive candidates in accordance with diversity and regulatory goals and objectives for both internal and external searches.
