Main focus in this position is to ensure on time delivery for our dropship orders as well as all system related projects in order to meet company revenue goals for the EMEA, LA, APAC regions. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to multi-task and prioritize to support customer and project management requirements. Ability to reach out to external suppliers regarding the status of order fulfillment and ETAs. Build relationships with the internal and external teams. Strives to identify and deliver continuous improvement processes.

Basic Requirements

1. Master/Bachelor in Business or Supply Chain degree required
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in Business Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement or Logistics
3. Ease in external suppliers daily contact
4. General computer Google apps and advanced Excel skills
5. Oracle experience would be an asset
6. Tableau experience would be an asset
7. Ability to provide accurate data and summary reports
8. Ability to work in a team, self-motivation and being capable of working pro-actively and independently
9. Personality with a positive attitude, change acceptance and willingness to take up challenges and provide solutions
10. Being fluent in spoken and written English is absolutely essential
