We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our DXP & E-Commerce Competency Center. Our primary objective is to deliver reliable software solutions and services to both domestic and international clients. If you have experience managing software engineering projects, particularly those related to building websites or e-commerce platforms, this is an excellent opportunity to join a mature organization.

Your tasks

• Support pre-sales process
• Coordinate offers preparation
• Participate in business meetings with clients
• Plan project delivery and team setup
• Manage delivery from kick-off to go-live, to ongoing product development
• Control project budget distribution
• Oversee communication, escalations, changes, and risks as well as manage remote project teams
• Solve peoples management issues
• Creatively look for opportunities to develop the account, increase the success rate of managed projects, and bring in new businesses

Requirements:

• Project Management certificates such as Prince2, PMI
• Digital Experience Platforms experience - Adobe (preferred)
• E-commerce platforms experience f.e Magento (Adobe Commerce), Shopify
• Involvement in managing software development projects focused on building websites or e-commerce platforms
• Proven experience in project or service delivery using major DXP platforms (e.g., Adobe, Optimizely, Acquia, Sitecore, Magnolia, Bloomreach, and Liferay)
• Successfully delivered at least one project in the e-commerce domain
• Strong understanding of software development and project management life cycle
• Min. 4 years of project leadership
• English level – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Knowledge of the Polish language
• Residence in Poland is required
