• Lead technical teams who contribute to the design, development, testing, and integration of software components
• Support Agile development environment & processes
• Assure smooth delivery process
• Facilitate inter-team communication and cooperation
• Ensure effective communication between GlobalLogic engineering teams and Customer parties
• Handle project stakeholder management
• Work with niche technologies in the Telecom/RAN domain
• Identify and fix competence gaps in the teams
• Run staffing activities
• Handle project financials
