Description:

GlobalLogic communication delivery unit is looking for a manager to lead software engineering teams in the radio access network domain to develop cutting-edge telecommunication products. By becoming a part of the program, you will be focusing on end-to-end delivery of the modern RAN system, enriching your professional experience through participation in dynamic, innovative, and challenging assignments. Requirements:

1. 6+ years in software development
2. Proficiency in managing technical teams (30+ engineers)
3. Experience in staffing engineering teams
4. Experience in competence development
5. Experience in financial planning and tracking
6. Telecom/RAN domain experience (preferred)
7. Experience with complex communication systems
8. Understanding of SDLC of an enterprise-grade scale
9. Technical Higher Education, preferable Software development or Telecom
10. Strong written and spoken English

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead technical teams who contribute to the design, development, testing, and integration of software components
2. Support Agile development environment & processes
3. Assure smooth delivery process
4. Facilitate inter-team communication and cooperation
5. Ensure effective communication between GlobalLogic engineering teams and Customer parties
6. Handle project stakeholder management
7. Work with niche technologies in the Telecom/RAN domain
8. Identify and fix competence gaps in the teams
9. Run staffing activities
10. Handle project financials
